Question / Help Exclude Browser Audio From Stream

Is there any way at all to do this? I've seen the tutorials on here on how to exclude other audio and it saying browser audio was not possible, but I wasnt sure how up to date that is or if it might just not have been possible with the method he was using.

The reason I ask is that I like to watch streams while I play games and Ive recently just started streaming so I dont have anyone to communicate with to take its place. I dont want that audio to be heard. I could watch it on my laptop but my mic would pick up that audio, and I'm wearing headphones so it would be muffled. Does anyone have something that can solve this issue of mine?

Browsers play back audio through the default playback device, and there usually isn't a way to change that. Games usually output to the default device as well, and there's usually no way to change that either.

TL;DR There is not a way to do this.

Just a thought, I have no idea about what can be done with addons, but could someone add that sort of functionality to change the playback device through an addon to chrome or firefox?
