Question / Help Everything I try to Capture, i get just an black screen in OBS

Hey,
Dont matters what i try to capture with obs, Window, Monitor, etc. is just black. http://epvpimg.com/ZCmgg
I tried the 64x version or to open it as Adminitrator, nothing works.

Real quick check, have you looked at https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/ ? Black screen on capture usually means GPU issues, that thread can help you sort it out. If that doesn't help, come on back and let us know. Or, you know, if it does as well. :D Good luck.

Are you referring to the game capture source? It's used to capture games (or other programs) running DirectX 9/10/11 and OpenGL, and works with both windowed and full screen games. It's the most efficient method for capturing a game.

I have almost the same problem. Everytime I try to use Game Capture mode I have a black screen. When I change game mode do windowed and try Window Capture it works sometimes but most times it shows a quarter screen on preview. Even when I try to change sizes it still shows only quarter screen. Need help please!!!
