Question / Help Everything cramped up in Windows 10

Any way I can fix this? can't find any thread which seem to have this issue leaving it up to forum

Tried my best googling and messing around with Settings

Updated and done everything basic

Might be the easiest fix, I'm sorry... I'm a noob since Windows 10 is out :[

Ohh. It was set at 3840x2160 and when I set it to 1920x1080 it gets to default size.

Does this mean I have to use 1920x1080??

Display scaling set too high (not 100% size) causes that problem.

Yep, have to disable DPI scaling. OBS doesn't work with it.
