Bug Report Error

I had just downloaded the software and clicked "Preview Stream" and this error occurred. I do have Direct X 10 and I'm not on a Windows Vista, so I have no idea how to solve this problem. Does anybody have any suggestions?

ffsplit or xsplit might work.
