Bug Report Error Parsing X file

hey guys, my OBS was just working a minute ago, then I had to restart my computer becasue of an H1Z1 error and when I got back I opened my OBS and got this error "Error parsing X file 'C:\Users\Andy\AppData\Roaming\OBS\sceneCollection\scenes.xconfig'

I checked and the scenes.xconfig file was there so I uninstalled and reinstalled OBS and I am still getting the same error
