Question / Help Error Couldnt Connect to server

I TRIED EVERYTHING!

Is not the server, i tried YouTube, Twitch(every server), my firewall is off, so i dont know whats going on...
i tried with xplit and another programes and its the same problem, its my modem or something? i streamed good 2 months ago but now this just went...
CPU: AMD FX 8120 8 cores
RAM: 8 gigas
Video graphic: GeForce 650
im so annoying rigth now, i will format my computer, but plz some one help

i tried with xplit, but its the same problem, i dont know what happened.
Format computer= yes
restart modem= yes
tried other stream programas= yes
and i still cant omg,

Well if you don't have any third party firewalls running then make sure that your router is configured to allow outgoing traffic on tcp port 1935 (it should be by default) or contact your ISP about it.
