Consistently after 5 hours or so, I get stutter + high CPU usage warning from OBS, which goes away after restarting the program. My CPU (i7-920) usage never goes above 60% when streaming at any point, before or after. The problem doesn't exist when I stream in 30, but I want to avoid that because it makes my game look bad. Any ideas of what the issue could be?
