Question / Help Equaling mic levels

Hi!

I stream with a bunch of friends and noticed tonight that when my mic is muted through OBS my friends' mics are coming through fine, but when I unmute OBS naturally makes my mic priority and it's really difficult to hear anyone else. My mic volume is also ridiculously loud but that'll be an easy one to fix.

Is there a way to get rid of this setting? We use Skype for the calls at the moment.

Go to Control Panel > Sound > Communications tab and make sure the option is set to "Do nothing".

And just to add, I can hear my friends fine. It's just through stream that is an issue.
