Hello everyone,
I'm encountering a critical issue with OBS Studio and I need some assistance. I want to continue using the Enhanced Broadcasting feature, but I'm facing two problematic scenarios:
My Setup:
Internet Connection:
Configuration and Updates:
Logs:
My Question:
Has anyone experienced a similar issue and found a solution? I'm willing to keep using Enhanced Broadcasting, but I need guidance on how to resolve the problems related to HAGS—because with HAGS enabled, my stream drops to 0 kbps and OBS freezes, and with HAGS disabled, my PC becomes extremely laggy and unstable.
Are there any additional settings in Windows or Nvidia Control Panel that I could tweak? My hardware should be more than capable of handling 1080p 60fps streaming without these issues, so I'm confused about what's causing this conflict.
Thanks in advance for any insights or suggestions!

I'm encountering a critical issue with OBS Studio and I need some assistance. I want to continue using the Enhanced Broadcasting feature, but I'm facing two problematic scenarios:
- With Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) enabled:
The stream drops to 0 kbps, OBS freezes, and the game experiences significant FPS drops and stuttering. - With HAGS disabled:
The entire PC becomes unresponsive—I'm seeing around 24.2% Rendering Lag and 24.9% Encoder Overload. The stream becomes pixelated and other issues occur.
My Setup:
- Chassis: Mancer CV300 Purple Edition (Mid-Tower, tempered glass side panel, Black and Purple)
- Motherboard: MSI PRO H610M-G (LGA1700, 2xDDR4, HDMI, VGA, DP, M.2, USB 3.2)
- Processor: Intel Core i5-12400F (Base 2.5GHz, Turbo up to 4.4GHz, 6 cores, 12 threads)
- Memory: 2x Kingston Fury Beast 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (Total 32GB)
- Storage: Kingston NV2 1TB SSD (M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe)
- Graphics Card: MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, 8GB DDR6, 128-bit
- Power Supply: Adata XPG Pylon 650W 80 Plus Bronze
Internet Connection:
- Download: 204.50 Mbps
- Upload: 105 Mbps
Configuration and Updates:
- All Nvidia drivers, OBS Studio, and Windows are updated.
- I have tested several OBS versions.
- I'm using Enhanced Broadcasting (which I want to keep enabled).
- I've adjusted NVENC settings and set OBS to run as administrator.
Logs:
- Log with HAGS enabled (shows 0 kbps drops and freezes):
