What is the "Enforce streaming service encoder settings" used for?
I'm using "Custom Streaming Server". What happens when check and uncheck it? I want details.

"Enforce streaming service bitrate limits" it is the same thing?

So, if you are non Twitch partner, you will stream with Twitch limit for non partners when you use very high bitrate.

What value is the default? The Twitch default? The default ONLY for Twitch?
If I host myself site, is it mean I should uncheck this?

Some services in the OBS list have specific requirements for things like bitrate, keyframe interval, profile, etc. The checkbox ensures that their requirements are met so a stream to those services will actually work. There are no requirements defined for the custom server option, so the checkbox does nothing in that case.
