Question / Help Encoding Taking To Long Skipping Frames???

Basically I was streaming today to my twitch and every few minutes, it would say "Enocding taking to long skipping frames"
Here is some information you may need to know:
  • I was Streaming On Xbox 360 (Black Ops Zombies)
  • I Am From The United Kingdom (London)
  • I Use The Game Capture Setting And I Have A Elgato.
