Encoding randomly overloads and lags while recording

Hello, I am using the following settings:

Base Res: 1920x1080
Output Res: 1152x648
Downscale Filter: Bicubic
FPS: 60

Encoder: H264/AVC
Preset: Indistinguishable Recording
Quality Preset: Quality
Keyframe Interval: 2.00

The recording looks flawless until it overloads, upscaling it to 1080p in rendering software makes it look great.

1. Enable "Game Mode" for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
2. Change the refresh rate on monitor from 165 Hz to 120 Hz and cap your games at 120 FPS.
3. Update OBS to the newest available version https://obsproject.com/download
4. Run updated OBS as Admin. Right click on the 64-bit shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.

Post new log after making those changes if still having issues.

No go, even tried 60hz/60fps and recording still randomly overloads.
