Encoding Overloaded

This started like 2 to 5 days ago, My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
NVIDIA GeForce 550 Ti
16 Gigs of Ram
512 GB M.2
Only recording btw.
Im not running anything to gpu heavy (i think) just roblox mainly.
It was working just fine before, no frames skipped, everything working like it was intended.
Im stuck with this GPU for a month or two, everywhere in my location the 10 series its sold out. (crypo mining)
This is Really annoying, i'm trying to fix this for these few days, but i still want to keep high quality and frame rate.

I have the same issue, but it is when the GPU reach 100% and needs more process to work. So decrease the X264 Preset to ultrafast, or veryfast should fix it.
