Okay. I have a quad core processor and have been streaming fine with software encoder. However, I have two other options. Hardware (qsv) and Hardware (amd). Are these referring to my video cards? If so, the amd is a 4gb video card. Should I use that?

QSV is the encoder provided by your Intel integrated GPU. Hardware (AMD) is the one on your discrete AMD GPU.

Which is best for you depends on the specifics of your system, what you are capturing, and what you're trying to do.
