Question / Help Encoder overloaded out of nowhere?

Hello. I've been recording with OBS for some time now, and when using the Hardware setting in output I've never had any encoder overloaded issues.
However, a few days ago, it's started to give me the encoded overloaded error as soon as I start recording. The game I'm recording is quite old (Classic WoW - 15 year old game) and I even tried lowering all the settings to the absolute minimum, and it still gave me the encoder overloaded error as soon as I recorded.

This coincidentally started happening after updating OBS and after a windows update so I'm not sure if either of them are causing the issue.
Here's the log https://obsproject.com/logs/i5McB5oKfM6GFDAh

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!!

Cap the FPS in WoW if there's an option. I know the latest one has it but don't know if Classic has framerate capping. That said I'd upgrade your GPU since an APU on it won't cut it, even if you used a hardware encoder on it.

The problemis like a month ago I was running the same settings and it was recording perfectly, and now these issues have started out of nowhere.
