Here's a little update to that.
Two days ago Nvidia had a new update, so I tested again after installing it. The problem was still there. So I thought maybe the OBS 27 might be the problem.
I installed the older version (OBS 26) and streamed for couple of nights. I had zero encoder error since than. I think there's something up with OBS 27 that might not be working well with my computer. I really hope this is fixed because there are features in 27 that I really like. If you need any specs or info to help resolve this issue please let me know.
