Lately I've been digging around to see if there is some way to use Intel Quick Sync on a laptop. I've found tutorials for enabling it on Desktops and Laptops with a Nvidia Graphics card but nothing for Laptops running an AMD Graphics card. I'm using a Toshiba Satellite L850 with an Intel Core I7-3610QM @ 2.3 Ghz and AMD Radeon HD 7600M series graphics. I'm at a loss and the only thing I can think of at this point in time would be to hack/replace my BIOS but I don't think that is possible. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
