Question / Help Elgato, Webcam & Mic Sync

I am having trouble syncing my Elgato Game Capture, Webcam, Mic. I first delay the Global Audio to 1500 to match the Natural Elgato Delay. Then I set the Audio Offset on the Elgato to -1500 to match the Audio and Video. Then Delay my Webcam to 1500. Everything is perfectly synced for 10 to 15 minutes then everything gets out of sync. PLEASE HELP!

The desync when using OBS and the Game Capture HD is a known issue.
