Question / Help (Elgato) w/ Audio -> no device found. w/o Audio -> device without game audio

Hello So I use the Elgato Game Capture to stream PS4 gameplay. And Obs is working fine BUT...
Audio in the properties of Elgato when added as video capture device is disabled so there's no audio.
When I put that on Elgato Game Capture as well. There should be video and audio but the screen says No Device with the elgato picture.

Why is this? Please help.. :(

I assume you installed the drivers for the device? Please post a log file:https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/problem-make-sure-to-post-a-log-and-or-crash-dump-howto.97/

Also to make sure, does windows recognize the device?

If u mean just the elgato game capture HD software then yes I have installed that.

And how do u mean does windows recognize it? Because if I open elgato software it recognizes the elgato just fine. But when I enable audio in properties of elgato in OBS. Then it doesnt recognize any device :o

- Remove any existing Elgato sources you've added to OBS.
- Add the Elgato as a video capture device source in the 32-bit version of OBS. Audio should be enabled for the source by default.
- Begin previewing the scene.
- Double-click on the Elgato source to open its properties window.
- Click on the Configure button at the top of the properties window.
- Check your audio and video settings in the Elgato configuration window that appears, something is probably using the wrong setting here.
