Question / Help Elgato Video Capture, problems with OBS

First of all: I DO NOT have the Game Capture HD or HD60.

I have a regular, old Elgato Video Capture for analog recording. This: https://www.elgato.com/en/video/video-capture

I'm having issues trying to get it to work in 32 bit mode. I've connected it as a global variable, as per every tutorial I have come across. I have tried messing with the resolution, sound, configuration, everything I can think of. Does OBS even support this capture card or am I in need of the HD?

could you please post your logfile? increasing scene buffering to 700ms or higher (preferably higher if you have issues) can help with AV sync but TBH, this cap card wasn't really meant to do real-time capture from what I've read.
