Question / Help Elgato Not Showing up in OBS

Hi guys I have an Elgato HD60 and it is not showing up in OBS on my laptop or my PC, the 64 and 32 bit version makes no difference, the only device that shows up is my webcam if its in. Both my devices are using Windows 10 if that's any help.
