Question / Help Elgato not showing up EVEN using 32-bit version

I have tried reinstalling, reading online everything I could, but I am still coming up dry. Any suggestions from anyone else who has had this issue?

I use an Elgato game capture HD which works fine when I open it's own program, however when I try and find it from the list of capture devices it does not appear (and no the program is not open while I use OBS, I have tried both).

Hi,

Have you re-installed OBS and the Game Capture HD software? If not, do both, and maybe use a different USB port.
