Question / Help Elgato not in sync

I have tried everything to try get my elgatos audio and video in sync and it doesn't even work and don't understand why does anyone know what it could be?
 
I go into Settings>Audio then I put MicSync Offset to 1500 milliseconds. One thing I have noticed is if the Elgato has to reacquire a signal, because of a resolution change when starting a different game or something, it'll go off sync again. I then set it to 3000ms. If it has to reget a signal a 3rd time I just restart the stream and put the offset back to 1500ms.
