Iv recent upgraded to PS4 and this is when the issue started iv tried live-streaming and about 40 mins into any STREAM this starts to happen any idea how to fix it.

THIS ONLY HAPPENS WITH MY PS4 and when i stream in 60FPS
30FPS Looks good but is jumpy some times. :cry:

Try not down scaling and streaming straight at 720p 60 fps. make sure you set your encoding profile to main.
set ps4 to 720p, elgato at 720p. make it all consistent. Hopefully that helps!

Best to post your logfile from the help menu of OBS. This really looks like your ISP throttling or the twitch ingest was having issues.
