Elgato HD60 X can't set 1080p capture

Kernel: 7.0.10-1-cachyos
OBS Version: 32.1.2

Hey y'all, having an issue with my new HD60 X where I can't select any video formats but those shown in my screenshots and the highest resolution I can capture is 1280 x 720

Unsure of how to proceed
