Question / Help Elgato HD60 Problem

ok so my elgato HD60 works fine on there software and what not and my computer picks it up just fine. when I try to go to Video Capture devices the only thing that shows up is my webcam. I contacted elgato and they said to contact you guys sooooo yeah...

Im on a windows 10 PC with a 64 bit operating system

Have you tried both 32-bit and 64-bit obs?

thats what I dont know because it only gives me one option for download and I'm guessing that its 64 bit becaus ethats my operating system

No. It installs both.
