Question / Help ELGATO HD60 PRO Stutters when used with OBS

There is a constant video and audio buffer when I stream using OBS and the Elgato HD60 Pro. I've looked up a bunch of solutions and nothing has worked but I also suspect that the problems where not the same as mine.

Elgato has its own reporting tool which collects some more in-depth logs and info about your system.

Please download it and run it. There is no need to include crash or memory dumps.
