I just got in the mail the new elgato hd60. After setting up i tryed to stream it through obs and their is a gameplay audio lag!! i have tweaked with all the setting and nothing has worked to make the delay go away. I know their is originally a mic delay and webcam delay that i have fixed but it seems like no one else had this problem prob because its a new device.
Please message me back if you have this problem or a fix because it would be great to know i was not the only one experiencing this.

USB 2.0 devices have delay. Even the HD60. You just need to set the appropriate delay for the device

I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried to adjust the delay but it appears to be having no effect. Not sure how that's possible. I've done multiple recording tests and streaming tests. I have the original elgato and it's working fine. It's really strange.

Okay, I think I fixed it. Go to sources, right click your elgato source and go under properties. Under video, change your Use Buffering to 8000. Under audio set to Output audio to desktop and you should be good to go!

8 seconds? That seems kind of long. I'm not sure how well that would work with syncing the webcam/mic either. I'm glad you got it working otherwise though.

I just set it that high to make sure I was having any affect at all. It's still off by maybe 200 ms but it's better than nothing. And yes, 8 seconds is insanely high, I'm not sure why it's working.
