Question / Help Elgato HD60 Isn't showing up in the Video Capture Device source

I recently got a new elgato and PC, the thing works fine on the elgato software but when I installed OBS it wouldn't become listed under Video Capture Device. The only thing in there is my webcam and that's it, please help me out here there is no tutorials on how to fix it.
 
I'm going to be making a guess here, but I'm betting you're using the 64bit version of OBS. You need to be using the 32bit version of OBS for an elgato to appear in the list. They don't work with the 64bit version.

I searched 32 bit on my PC and it just came up with the 64 bit
I'm confused to why
 
How do I run the 32 bit version to get my elgato to work? People in teamspeak told me to search it in Program files (x86) then just search it, I keep getting the 64 bit
