Question / Help ELGATO HD60 IS NOT BEING FOUND AS A DEVICE! PLEASE HELP

When I try to add a video capture device. my brand new Elgato HD60 is NOT showing up. I've tried everything. please help!
 
This is normal? Actually I'm pretty sure it should show in OBS as a device, as I've talked with people who have it. Are your drivers up to date for it? Make sure you've downloaded the latest drivers from their site.
