When I stream using the Elgato I've noticed in Battlefield: HL (Haven't tested any other games), that whenever I respawn on the game just after I spawn in there will be a hitch/lag for like a second and then it will go back to normal. This is only on the streams end, on the Xbox One there is no lag that occurs so I didn't notice it until I started to watch past broadcasts. My CPU usage is 60-70 average and reached a max of 78 with no frame drops that OBS is showing, so I don't what could cause this. Didn't happen before, so is it possible it's an issue with the just released driver update?I 've noticed it happens when my cores for my CPU go from 1 and then jump to 4, but I've only recently had this issue and before when the cores jumped up and down this wouldn't occur.
