Question / Help Elgato HD60 HELP!

I bought an elgato HD60 yesterday because it seems like everyone and their mom on YouTube supports the device and use OBS to record with it. The thing is, they use the older version and I bought the HD60, and didn't know that there were problems with it until after buying it.

Pretty much long story short, I've seen every tutorial on how to adjust every setting. I've done audio delays and I've recorded with webcam and game audio.
Here's the problem.. It records the game audio and mic perfectly synced (if I adjust the audio to video in Sony Vegas) but after about 10 seconds or so, the GAME video becomes delayed. Not my webcam, just the gameplay. I hear my bullets shoot and then it occurs on screen.

So there is no way to sync because IT ALL works perfectly synced at first. And then the gameplay lags??

Somebody please help. I always get ignored on forums.. :'((

Okay so I haven't uploaded the log files yet, they'll be coming later tonight. (Didn't have time to upload them at the moment!) BUT, I did try something. I made my ps4 720, and went into configure while previewing my elgato preferences and changed that to 720 as well. Also, I went into the elgato application and changed the settings the better instead of best. WITH THAT SAID... I exported in don't Vegas and all the audio works perfectly. BUT, the video is pretty bad quality. Perfect for streaming but for recording, I'm gonna have to adjust the quality a little more. I'll keep everyone updated that may be in the same issue as me.
