Question / Help Elgato HD60 and Windows 10

Hello,
Today I am writing about a few issues that I am encountering while using my Elgato HD60. First of all, my HD60 does not seem to pick up the audio from my Playstation 4. The "game volume" portion of the software does not pick up the game volume at all. When I activate the "live commentary" button with my Blue Yeti microphone, the software picks up the mic audio and a faint, delayed game audio. I do not know why this occurs, but it does.
Next, the video that I record from the HD60 goes from slow motion to double speed. There is also skipping and choppiness throughout the recordings.
I am using a PC with an AMD 8-core processor and 16 GB of RAM with Windows 10 64-bit. I have the Game Capture 3.0 (64-bit) software. The HD60 is plugged into a USB 2.0 port. I have spent countless hours searching for and testing solutions, but nothing seems to work. These same issues occur when using the 64-bit Open Broadcaster Software.
Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

With your PS4 do you use headsets or does the audio go though a TV device? your audio will need to be channeled through the HDMI in order to be captured to the HD60.

Is the mixamp only connected via optical? Is anything connected to the PS4 controller.

Because the audio should work. Please make sure that in the HD60 preferences, HDMI audio is selected and not analog audio.

The mixamp is connected to the PS4 via optical and USB. I have HDMI audio selected on the software.

There's the issue. ;)

Ok, do this:

in the PS4 XMB, go to settings
Then devices
Then audio devices

Set the "output" device to "TV/Amplifier".

:)

I figured out the issue! I actually downloaded OBS Multiplatform and moved the Mixamp's usb to my computer rather than my PlayStation and started using Skype.
