Question / Help Elgato HD 60 PRO Skipping Blocks of Frames on OBS

I have had the Elgato HD 60 PRO since its launch quite a while ago but the last few days I have had this problem! I start up my OBS and start streaming but it starts to skip chunks of the video! I have absolutley no idea but here is a minute video of an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yj_JEMwMOok

(This video is a raw recording, no editing, problem starts at 32 seconds)

Obviously I don't see this problem when I'm playing on screen and I also have no problem when using the elgato software for recording or their live preview.

Here is the log: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/c4386ed53a7cf737dd05

I've tried to reinstall both Elgato software as well as OBS but no use.

in the elgato proerties in OBS set buffer to 1ms and enabled then set fps to 60 in just the properties for the eglato, you do not have to set fps in your video but you can if if you prefer this.

EDIT: you might also want to set your x264 preset to superfast and custom buffer to 0 (this is for the encoding tab next to max bitrate).
