Question / Help Elgato HD 60 not being recognized

Hi Guys,
OBS won't pick up the Elgato hd60 when I go to add a source. I run windows 10 64bit and open OBS in 32bit. I have 2 x 7970's, however they don't have a crossfire cable. The HD60 works fine with Elgato software on its own. Xsplit also won't recognize the HD 60. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, using the latest drivers....pretty much every solution I've seen on these forums and still no luck. My monitor is plugged into the first 7970 with hdmi and the elgato is plugged into the second 7970 hdmi. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the elgato software.

And if you're using this in a single-computer setup, don't

Capturing your screen in a single computer setup with a capture card is a VERY bad idea performance-wise.

It's even worse with the elgato usb devices.

I installed the 32 bit elgato software and 32 bit OBS now recognises it. Thanks heaps!
