Hello. I am having an issue that when I stream with my Elgato HD 60 + webcam/overlay, then the elgato slowly falls behind the webcam for some reason. Using the most recent version of OBS with the new drivers for the HD60.
PC Specs are: Intel i5 processor, and Nvidia GTX 970 gfx card.
My settings are standard: x.264 enable CBR+padding, 3500 bitrate, non custom buffer, AAC Stereo 48khz 160 bitrate.
720p, 60 fps. I didn't used to have this problem, but around the time of when I updated the drivers it started to fall behind the webcam. I'm just using the standard settings for when the Elgato is put into the source. If anyone can help figure out why the Elgato is dragging behind, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mitchell.
