Question / Help Elgato Game Capture HD with OBS

Im hoping you can help me.

Im trying to get this capture card working with OBS. So far the only way I've been able to get an output is through using monitor capture and screegioning the Elgato program. Does anyone have any experience with this Capture Card and OBS or have any suggestions?

As long as you have the latest drivers/firmware for the Elgato, you should be able to add it as a Video Capture Device just fine, used them myself in the past.

Add a Video Capture Device and select your Elgato there.

Thanks for the replies, I had seen this suggested somewhere and went back to it. Seems that it isnt an option for me to add the Elgato as a video capture device and only gives me the choice of my webcam.

The Elgato only works in the 32bit version of OBS, since it only has 32bit drivers.
