Just set up the Elgato Game Capture HD and have the Use Device Audio selected and Output Directly to Stream selected. OBS is detecting sound but it isn't on stream when people watch. Any suggestions?

Open the Game Capture device configuration while the preview is running, and check that all settings are correct.
