Question / Help Elgato Game Capture HD in OBS stuck at "One moment please"

I'm trying to stream my PS3 to Twitch. I chose Elgato as the video capture source and everything, but when it's plugged in it just says "One moment please" and never changes.

I've trying unplugging and plugging back the cables many times, I tried rebooting my computer...neither works.

Oh, okay. Too bad Elgato doesn't have forums. Maybe I can email Elgato and ask about this.

I used to encounter this all the time. I always had to restart my PC and unplug the Elgato to get it to work. Unsure as to why this doesn't work for you.

I would suggest making sure it works in Elgato's software first.
