So I followed the tutorial on setting the mic sync offset to 1400 for the Elgato Game Capture HD delay. This worked perfectly... until now. Suddenly it is delayed by that much from everything, including the Elgato. Now it works perfectly when set back to zero. I'm confused by this: I thought the offset of 1400 was needed? I'm afraid to start an actual stream because it might only do this when recording (other things have been different when recording before as well, such as the elgato having a greater delay sometimes. It's all random)
