Question / Help Elgato Audio Sync

I'm trying to get my Elgato Game Capture HD to sync its audio with my voice and desktop audio. I have my Global Audio Sync offset to 1450 and my mic offset to 0. The gameplay is synced with my voice, it's just the game audio. My Log is: https://gist.github.com/082e1cc7f1db611e96fd

You cant sync all 3 without using a third party app for the desktop audio. Do not use global offset of 1450 as it pushes the el gato an extra 1.45 seconds with the already estimated delay. Mic delay should stay anywhere from 1400 to 1800 ms depending on your microphone/headset. I encountered the problem before and there was a guide on here somewhere, I was using it before I realized syncing desktop audio for me dosent really matter. lol

Essentially you are going to have a 3rd party app getting all your sound in, and then adding that to OBS.
