Question / Help Elgato audio setup help

I stream my ps4 from the elgato and was wondering is there any way that I can get console audio and my pc audio via one headset

Preferably from an audio headphone on my pc. It's kind of silly needing two headphones. 1 for the console audio jack on the monitor that the console is playing on and the headphones from the pc
