Question / Help elgato and skype buffer trick no longer works... help

I use the skype sync trick where the scene buffer is 2000 and the global audio sync offset is 1475 with elgato syncing audio at -1475 to compensate... my voice matches my cam and my skype partner's audio is in sync with mine, but the game audio is just way off from the gameplay.
