Elgato 4k60 pro mk.2 flickering noise in OBS Studio

Hi everyone!
I found a problem with my Elgato 4k60 pro mk.2. The problem is that when I start the recording in XRGB format there appear some flickerings and they are really annoying. I tried a lot of things, such as replugging HDMI cables but this happens only with XRGB format. Also it happens only when I recording! And only in OBS! If I just look at the picture in OBS when I’m not recording it’s all perfect, but when I hit record button it all starts to flicker. In Elgato's software, I mean 4k utility I made some recordings and it looks good, so it proves that these strange flickerings happen only in OBS while recording a video or streaming. Can you help me with that please?
Here's the example of my issue which happens in OBS: https://youtu.be/iI-ADOjY41o
Here's what it must look like! I captured it with 4k utility, but it's a bit laggy, that's why I use OBS: https://youtu.be/qcuG2xNavl0
Thanks in advance!

I can see it perfectly, in the first link: https://youtu.be/iI-ADOjY41o
May be it called somewhat else, let's call it noise. It's like white lines or dots appearing all around the video, it can be seen perfectly on black screen when the game or in the PlayStation menu on first seconds, because there is a dark background.

Aaaaah. Now...! (in full screen and fully concentrated...) =D

Hhhm. Wouldn't call it noise. Short white lines fits better. Seems to be a sync issue while capturing vs. writing the image. But about the reason... no clue.

Maybe someone else here...
