I am running Windows 10 64bit on a Samsung T1 external usb 3 SSD on a 2015 Macbook Pro Retina 13" 8GB RAM i5 with Intel iris 6100 GPU.
I am getting a stutter about ever 2-3 secs in OBS. I am running it at 1280x720 @ 30fps. I am on file output only at this time. Live stream would be horrible. I have played around with the settings that people recommend on youtube and absolutely cannot figure it out. My webcam has zero lag whatsoever.
I would say it is the laptop that is the problem but everything is really smooth in the El Gato software.
