Question / Help Echoing Mic When Mic is Enabled, Choppy Mic when Mic is Disabled?

I have a C920 webcam that I'm using the microphone from that to stream. It almost sounds like OBS is detecting two instances of the microphone and it's causing an echo. If I disable the microphone in OBS (like so: http://imgur.com/tJZiKyd), the microphone still picks up signal, it's just extremely choppy. "Listen to this device" is disabled in the microphone's settings. I don't get what could be causing this to occur... I can't win. This one actually has me stumped.

Open the webcam properties and make sure that the audio device is disabled there. Also, make sure the webcam is not running at 1080p, because that can cause performance issues.

Nevermind, I'm an idiot. Occam's Razor. In my Webcam properties in the "Sources" box, my webcam was importing audio from my mic. It was also importing audio from mic in the "Microphone" section as well, which is why I was still being heard when it was disabled. Disabling the microphone in the Webcam properties and enabling the microphone in the mic properties resolved it. Thank you though.
