Dynamic Bitrate

Hello guys, just wanna ask how to enable the dynamic bitrate? It's currently not be changed and it's on a default setting. Please help.

Thanks for this, the problem is I cannot check the check box, I'm not sure why.

Make sure you are not actively streaming (and/or recording) when trying to check it.

I tried it, I'm not streaming/recording and still the box cannot be checked.
