Question / Help "DXGI adapter" Bug

I need help because since my recent stream crashed due to a blue screen error, I restarted my computer and tried to stream again on OBS by either hitting the Preview Stream or Start Streaming button, this error message appeared, saying "Could not get DXGI adapter". Even reinstalling OBS didn't solve the problem.

What does this mean and what can you do to solve this issue? Thanks.

This is usually due to your DirectX install or video drivers are broken or you have 3rd party overlay / hooking software interfering.

I closed all of my third party apps and overlays and still get this same bug!

So then have you tried reinstalling DirectX and video drivers?
