Can I stream with 2 PCs without a capture card? Will I get a benefit from it?

Also how do I set it up .. looked at several guides but there for "with capture card". I saw one but it says I have download all this stuff that I don't want to download.

The benefit of using a 2-pc setup is that you encode with one and play with the other, balancing the load
And yes, the best way is with a capture card

Yes, but a bit convoluted. Frankly, if you're willing to invest in a second PC for dedicated encoding, you should really invest in a decent PCI-E capture card and do it right.
