Question / Help Dual PC streaming csgo

Hey guys,

I need your help i have two computers one for playing and the other one for streaming.
I'm using Capture card for record video flux (Avermedia Live Gamer HD lite)
When i'm playing without the second PC 'On' (By on i mean my computer is turned on) i can play csgo in 1280x1024 with blackbars.
But when i put on the second PC i can't play with my blackbars, its automatically stretched.

Sounds like there might be something with your capture card going to a native resolution. I would check your GPU's control panel for display timings and set them there for both your monitor and the capture card.

I have one more question, how can i get my screen stretched on stream because i have those black bars
